From 6.30 am to 11.00 am in one of the two bright rooms overlooking the park and until 12.00 pm directly in the room with Room Service service, it offers a wide and varied offer of artisan products, fresh, at km 0 with a la carte service for your healthy or greedy awakening.

Open for dinner (from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm ) in the Restaurant “Del Parco” or “Le Ginestre” .
The kitchen offers typical Tuscan recipes and traditional Mediterranean dishes with a careful and attentive service and reserved tables. Children’s menus are available.

The fresh egg pasta Maltagliati with wild boar sauce are one of the key dishes of Tuscan cuisine, where the tradition of fresh egg pasta is combined with that of game, in a unique combination of flavors and aromas, made by our Chef . Enriched with a fondue of perorino cheese which gives the dish a contemporary touch.
