    Typical, fresh and zero km products




From 7:00 am to 10.00 am in one of the two bright rooms overlooking the park. The restaurant offers a wide and varied offer of artisan products, fresh, at km 0 with a la carte service for your healthy or greedy awakening.



Open for dinner (from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm ) in the Restaurant “Del Parco” or “Le Ginestre” .
The kitchen offers typical Tuscan recipes and traditional Mediterranean dishes with a careful and attentive service and reserved tables. Children’s menus are available.

Upon reservation we provide banquet services, gala dinners, business lunches.



Mediterranean salad

Mackerel Mediterranean salad is a fresh and colorful dish created by our Chef, prepared with mackerel in cooking oil, fresh spring onion, datterini tomato gel and Carasau bread crumble.

Maltagliati with wild boar

The fresh egg pasta Maltagliati with wild boar sauce are one of the key dishes of Tuscan cuisine, where the tradition of fresh egg pasta is combined with that of game, in a unique combination of flavors and aromas, made by our Chef . Enriched with a fondue of perorino cheese which gives the dish a contemporary touch.


This simple but very tasty dish, contains the ingredients and the technique that enhance the characteristics of an excellent fish product such as the Mediterranean Octopus, combined with a very l mayonnaise based with soy and turmeric
